Contact us

We'd love to hear from you — about an order, a gift idea, a corporate or bulk order, or a design you have in mind.

The quickest way

WhatsApp us for the quickest reply, or email info@picalu.co.ke. Send us your idea or photo there too, and we'll tell you what's possible.

Visit or collect

Our studio is at Twiga Towers, 6th Floor, Suite 610, off Moi Avenue, Nairobi. Orders can be collected there for free once we tell you they're ready.

About an order you placed

Have your order number ready (it starts with PC-). You can also follow your order yourself on Track your order with your order number and phone number.

Corporate and bulk orders

Tell us the product, the quantity, your logo or artwork (PNG, PDF, AI, SVG or PSD work best) and when you need it, and we'll send you a quote.
